BetterUp invented virtual coaching, and today they are the global leader in mobile-based coaching, counseling, and mentorship at scale. In February 2022 the world was invited to join the launch of a movement around “Inner Work”, with the first annual public-facing Inner Work Day - starting an annual tradition, platform and movement. The fully virtual program included influencers and thought leaders like Prince Harry, Serena Williams, Pat Gasol and DJ D-Nice, sharing their experiences around menthol fitness and professional wellbeing.
The event generated over 2.9B impressions and welcomed over 10K participants over the course of the program.
